ParkFarm Fit

These functional fitness classes incorporate weights and cardio equipment to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. They are a brilliant way to push yourself and ensure you are progressing an all aspects of your training.

Parkfarm Hyrox

Join the hype of Hyrox and get involved in our Hyrox specific classes which focus on all of the movements involved in the event. These classes are open to all abilities and you don't need to be taking part in a Hyrox event to come along.

ParkFarm TeamWOD

Some of our sessions are completed in teams. This is a great way to push yourself to the next level while making new friendships. Teams are decided by the coach (so no need to worry about being left without). These classes are open to all abilities.
